So you need a little extra space but its too expensive to move.

Right your first step is to contact us for a free consultation. We will advise you of the best way to gain that extra space & if what you want to do is actually allowed.

If you decide to go a head we will conduct a site survey from which a draft set of plans will be produced. These will be presented to you for your approval. Once approved by you a full submission will be prepared including all documentation. Upon payment of all fees these will be submitted to the local authority. We will deal with all local authority contact & it will normally take 8 weeks to obtain planning permission.

If construction drawings are required these usually take 6 weeks for a full plans submission this can run concurrently with the planning permission or as most clients prefer can start after planning permission has been granted.
